  • Lead and execute regional IT initiatives such as workstation lifecycle upgrades, RF and printer standardization, patching improvements, and infrastructure remediation.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and automation to reduce repeat incidents and improve service consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies related to security, access control, backup, disaster recovery, and audit readiness.
  • Manage vendor relationships including quotes, renewals, RMAs, and lifecycle planning; coordinate purchasing and asset tracking.
  • Partner with site and regional leadership to understand business processes, operational risks, and improvement opportunities; align IT solutions and projects to manufacturing and business priorities.
  • Translate technical issues, project risks, and tradeoffs into clear business impact and recommendations for non technical stakeholders.
  • Lead change adoption for new technologies, systems, or standards, including communication, training, and post implementation support.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization across sites.
  • Utilize the corporate ticketing system to log, track, and document incidents, problems, requests, and project related activities.
  • Mentor Level I–II analysts and improve documentation, troubleshooting practices, and knowledge sharing.

This role requires a hands on technical leader with a strong business mindset, capable of owning outcomes, managing initiatives, influencing decisions, and driving change across multiple sites.
