What’s your part in the role?

As a Coating Technician you’ll play a critical role in the process by preparing parts for precision surface enhancement, learning the process, and following strict procedures to ensure every component meets exacting standards before the next application step. We value a “do it right the first time” attitude: your accuracy and adherence to work instructions reduce rework, protect downstream processes, and directly impact product quality. What will you do? Your day to day success is determined by your ability to:

• Stay safe each and every day!
• Product quality coating and coated product.
• Measure and record using basic tools like rulers.
• Document, record, track your work.
• Continuously learn and assist in developing new techniques for new products.
• Self-inspect work as well as work coming in to your process.
• Communicate with team, leads, management.  
• Grow, learn, advance in skill and take on new duties. 

With Quality in mind, you also bring the following:

• High School Diploma or GED and must be able to work in USA
• Basic math, geometry, and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic measurement and print-reading skills.
• Precision and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to control application tools precisely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for decision-making and problem solving.
• Excellent team skills; collaborative, open-minded, adaptable.
• Motivation to self-advance and grow within the company.

Physical Requirements: 

• • Ability to lift to 50 pounds or more.
  • Prolonged standing and walking.
  • Repetitive movement, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
