- Processing service orders and maintaining order statuses in SAP;

- Ordering parts for mechanics and ensuring proper administrative processing;

- Answering and processing incoming emails and phone calls;

- Contact with customers to confirm appointments by phone and through e-mail;

- Creating and maintaining Jira calls for work permits and technical requests;

- Carefully research and gather necessary information for planning and execution of work.
