Position Summary: The cycle counter is responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory by performing regular physical counts, investigation discrepancies between system records and stock on hand, and updating SAP system.

Key Functions:

• Physical Counts: Conduct daily, scheduled, or blind counts of inventory using count sheets.
• Discrepancy Investigation: Research root causes of inventory variances (such as receiving, picking, or put-aways errors) and reconcile differences.
• System & Data Management: Update SAP and log counts (back-up to lead cycle counter).
• Location & Label Audits: Verify that products match designated storage locations.
• Equipment & Safety: Operate scales, material handling equipment or forklifts as needed. Follow all safety rules and monthly safety training meeting.
• Accurate counting and data entry skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving warehouse equipment.
• Prior experience in inventory control, auditing or shipping/receiving.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel.

Minimum Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

The pay range for this role is $19.00/hr - $23.00/hr and is commensurate on experience and education and could pay more or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible for paid time off, 401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.  

This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).  Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
