Sales Support Representative — Timken Company Location: Coventry, UK | Job Type: Full-time | Office-based (with occasional travel)

What you’ll do
- Provide daily sales support for the UK & Nordic External Sales team from the Coventry office, using SAP/CRM to create quotes, leads and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with marketing, customer service, pricing and other corporate teams to meet customer requirements and ensure timely order processing.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders and assist with expediting when needed.
- Manage office administration tasks including utilities, lease and maintenance coordination, H&S compliance and company vehicle support.
- Support event logistics (team meetings, trade shows) and coordinate monthly travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Assist with ESG/compliance requests (REACH, RoHS, PFAS) and apply Timken pricing/discount policies.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service or office management (ideally in industrial/manufacturing environment).
- Proficient with CRM systems and SAP ERP; strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word). Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with a growth mindset and high professional standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to liaise effectively across departments.
