1. To routing and process for new product

2. To design tooling and gauging matched with the equipment and bearing parts

为新产品开发工装和量具；

3. To offer technical support for production in workshop

对生产现场技术支持；

4. To do NPR for the new product

5. Continuous improvement of the process, tooling and gage to improve productivity and reduce cost

持续改善工艺，和工装、量具以提高生产效率和降低成本。

6. To offer technical service to cooperated departments

对协作部门技术服务；

7. To carry out the work of developing new tooling and gauges

开展新工装和量具的研究、发展。

8.  Participate in process development and compile relevant engineering documents during manufacturing process.

 参与制造过程的过程开发，编制相关的工程文件。

9.  Develop and maintain safe, healthy and environment friendly manufacturing process;

促进和维护安全、健康及环保的制造工艺

10.  Work with equipment maintenance team and operation associates to improvement safety performance through optimizing equipment performance and manufacturing processes;
