• Provides support to the human resources functions,  in the areas of personnel information management, staffing, training & development, compensation & benefits etc. ,included but not limited to:

• Inputs and maintain employee personnel database, including both paper files and human resources information/computer system.

• Responsible for intern and operative hiring, conduct and improve hiring related process

• Organize the training program according to training plan and responsible for training documents management

• Collect and manage C&B related data, included but not limited to attendance records, leave records, overtime records, and are responsible for payroll delivery, benefits implementation and doubts answer.

• Support for employee relationship related activities and community activities.

• Support HR Manager and also involved in other business desired areas, like A3 project\Lean practice\EHS commitment, etc.sks assigned by Superior.
