PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Lead the operation of the Bucyrus Bearing Plant command center.
WORKING PROCEDURE:
- Dispatch Help Chain Memebers at pre-designated intervals.
- Direct, instruct, assist, and assign work as necessary.
- Monitor Andon system software and Radio communication from Help Chain Members; record Andon information into database.
- Investigate historical data and relay information to Help Chain Members; Post daily and weekly production
- Facilitate Red Card A3, Corrective action process and review/timing; Assist in SMR (Single Minute Response)
- Support Group Leader in data gathering; Support Team with KPI reports
- Follow up on Problem Analysis and Countermeasures; Ensure "5-Why" and "5C's" In-Depth Analysis
QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to communicate effectively and provide assignment of tasks.
- Must possess Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel skills to include working with and building spreadsheets, Pivot tables, and graph generation.
- Ability to work with the Industrial Andon Website Platform
- Ability to use SAP and SAP NetWeaver Business Client 4.0
- Use of Cisco Jabber Messaging System
- Must be able to prioritize and multitask
- Skilled in problem solving application and coaching preferred
