8-10 years of Seal Product/Application Engineering Knowledge from reputed Seal OE

• Lead projects relating to the development of new seals for new bearings

o This includes working with internal bearing design team to negotiate maximum seal envelope size

o Engaging with bearing design team to have Seal Parameter Dwgs developed so they can be sent to seal vendors

o Gathering and summarizing application engineering feedback on application conditions and test validation requirements

o Providing guidance to Commodity Mgt on seal vendors to engage for designs

o Reviewing and approving seal vendor proposals

o Coordinating the validation of prototype samples

• Lead projects relating to resourcing of existing seals

o Much of the same as above but less on the design part since it is already a proven design
