B.com, Total 1 to 2 Years of experience / Fresher
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- AR/AP Sub-Ledger Reconciliation
- Black Line Reconciliations – Intercompany GL’s & Charge Back IO’s/ Follow-up for closure of open items
- GRIR Analysis – Intercompany GR/IR Follow-up for closure of open items
- Ageing Follow-up above 90 days – Obtain AR & AP Balances/ Follow-up for closure of open items
- Internal & External Customer Query - E-Mail/Calls)
- Generic E-Mail Monitoring
- Month/Quarter End Finance Closure Support - Journal Entries Data
Back-up for Transactional Process – Accounts Payable/MCP/Cash Application
Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Clear and effective communications skills both verbally and in writing. Experience of working in a global setup will be of advantage
Ability to organize own time and work independently, without supervision
Ability to work in a team- based environment and to interface with employees/customers at all levels
Technical:
Exposure to SAP/Excel
Work Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
