Qualification/Experience:           

B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance – 1 to 2 years / Freshers

Job Description:

1. Appropriation Requests – Create variant in SAP, link variant to budget unit.
2. Black Line Reconciliations – Fixed Assets GL’s, Follow-up for closure of open items
3. Internal order management – Create various types of IO’s (Capital, Expense, Intercompany), Budget increase/movement, Settlement rule
4. Asset Master – Create, Transfer and Disposal
5. Reporting – Quarterly review of asset tag, 90 days, and yearly Internal order review
6. Internal & External Customer Query - E-Mail/Calls
7. Generic E-Mail Monitoring
8. Month/Quarter End Finance Closure Support
9. Back-up for Transactional Process – Cash Application

Skills:

Strong analytical skills
Clear and effective communications skills both verbally and in writing. Experience of working in a global setup will be of advantage
Ability to organize own time and work independently, without supervision
Ability to work in a team- based environment and to interface with employees/customers at all levels

Technical:

Exposure to SAP/Excel

Work Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
