B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance – 1 to 2 years

To support the investor relations team with: |
Investor Queries – Response to questions from retail investors – de-mating physical shares, processing unclaimed dividends, lost and duplicate shares, name corrections on share certificates, transfer of shares. To work with IPEF (Investor Protection and Education Funds) requests – Check and complete documentation includes verification of unclaimed dividends and shares. To co-ordinate with the RTA (Registrar and Transfer Agents) on ensuring completion of documentation after legal validation. |
Skills:
Strong communication skills – Oral and Written
Ability to organize own time and work independently, without supervision
Ability to work in a team- based environment and to interface with internal/external customers
Technical:
Basic Excel
Understanding of the stock market, terminology used by investors.
Work Timings: 8:30AM to 05:30 PM
