Located in Annecy, the EHS departement recruits an Engineer EHS 

 

Within the two-person EHS team, you ensure the implementation of the Environment, Health and Safety policy at our site:

Lead the site’s environmental policy:

  • Act as the liaison with authorities (DREAL, SILA, etc.),

  • Conduct the environmental analysis and the site’s carbon footprint assessment, and lead corrective actions,

  • Fully manage the waste management process (from defining disposal channels to maintaining the waste register),

  • Handle ICPE declarations (GEREP, GIDAF, RMC, SESSI),

  • Lead the Lisea environmental working group responsible for addressing environmental topics at the site,

  • Serve as the site’s chemical risk referent: risk assessment and analysis, SDS management, validation of new products, preventive measures, ADR, ATEX,

  • Be the technical specialist for our water treatment plant: liaise with SILA, monitor testing and trials, and improve the are.

Collaborate with the EHS Manager in deploying the safety policy:

  • Organize regulatory measurement campaigns (noise, atmospheric emissions, personnel exposure, etc.) and ensure periodic inspections of site equipment,

  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure regular updates (Single Risk Document, etc.),

  • Process incident reports and propose improvement solutions,

  • Develop communication materials and lead safety training sessions,

  • Manage external contractors: prevention plans, hot work permits.

Support the site’s EHS policy:

  • Provide EHS expertise for all site projects requiring EHS insight and monitor associated action plans,

  • Participate in ISO certification audits (14001, 45001, IATF), Ecovadis, internal safety audits, insurance, ADR,

  • Complete group and mandatory reporting related to safety and the environment,

  • Ensure regulatory monitoring,

  • Serve as the back-up for the EHS Manager.
