Responsibilities:

  1. Provide visibility of the demand forecast - Work with Sales and Marketing to capture, document, and adjust the forecast to reflect changes in future demand patterns due to gaining/losing market share, new product launches, event buys, etc.
  2. Run Consensus Forecasting Process - perform Consensus Forecast Meeting after forecast review meetings to achieve alignment of demand forecast and the changes we have made on FEU level and key customer level among Sales, Marketing and Demand Management. Figure out and highlight issues we have met during the month and demand adjustment in Logility but before final monthly Forecast Release.
  3. Providing miscellaneous analytical support to the SI&OP process
  4. Monitoring and analyzing forecast accuracy and bias, find the major contributors to forecast error and react
  5. Actively participating in the structured and results-drive process to improve forecast accuracy over time
  6. Compare NIO with Sales (Invoice Gross Sales) to find positive or negative trend, evaluate the Order Book Taken and FEU status.
  7. Determine demand profile for each item based on the demand patterns and COV criteria
  8. Monitoring unconsumed PIR for MTF items to reduce inventory risk
  9. Modeling potential new business and understanding its impact on capacity
  10. Support special projects
     

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above with major with Mathematics or Statistics
  2. 4-5 years’ work experience in SCM
  3. Very good communication and writing at both Chinese and English
  4. Excellent office skills
  5. SAP knowledge
