This position supports HR, training and payroll activities at the Timken ESC facility in the most efficient manner with high professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Fulfill all HR, payroll and T&A and training related administration activities and performs other related duties as required and assigned.
1. Manage all associate HR files (confidential info) as well as associate training records, interview…
2. Payroll and T&A management (ADP software): entering variable payroll items and controlling payslip. Close work with Colmar team.
3. Training plan: organization for all ESC employees (registrations, files, billing, foreclosures, communicate with managers, proposal
4. Follows up medical visits for the site, develop H.R. related statistics.
5. Front contact person to employees for all questions related to payroll and benefits, health insurance, lunch voucher, absences of any kind (illness, maternity, etc.)
6. Contingent agencies: contract admin. tracking (reasons, billing)
7. HR projects: participate to any HR local project (quality of working life, psycho-social risks, communication…)
8. Perform all duties with the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy.

English : A2
Diploma : Bachelor's degree level in HR and a 1-3 years’ experience in HR
