Purpose and Scope

 

This position exists in the company in order to:

 

Handle the AP processing (from verification through coding till approval and posting),

control the vendors’ accounts and invoices status (TERI reports’ inspection),

process payment proposals,

performing month-end closing activities;

ensure SOX compliance

maintain clean suppliers accounts

ensure that  accounts payable balance is presented accurate and complete;

vendor master data controlling

 

 

Technical/Functional Skills

 

Understanding of the Procure to Payment process,

Knowledge of accounting principles (nice to have an experience in an accounting environment),

Fluent in English,

Quick to learn,

Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment,

Good, practical MS Excel,

Customer focused, well organized, good communicator, work well with others,

SAP experience will be an advantage,

Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing.
