The position is responsible for conducting quality related insepctions on production assemblies / components from various manufacturing processes for incoming and outgoing processing.

Record and document inspection results and follow up with Engineering deviation approvals when required.

ASsist with execution of incoming product inventory counts and disposition of count variances.

Communicating quality and inventory issues to the engineering, supply chain and warehousing teams as needed.

Attention to detail and accuracy is emphasized to meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Safe procedures and practices as described in the standard work instructions must be strictly adhered to.

     Conduct assembly / component visual and dimensional inspections in accordance with standard work instructions

     Daily random sample inspection of in-house production assemblies for first piece and last piece approvals.

     Record and report-out on QC audit findings and other quality events to members of the quality/engineering team

     Assist in other general duties and tasks as directed by the operations or quality manager

     Execute standard work instructions without supervision

     Promote and maintain a safe work area at all times
