Located in Romania and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, key duties will include:

  • Provides technical assistance to any existing maintenance activity in the manufacturing;
  • Facilitates post-incident analysis to establish the root cause;
  • Proposes and requests changes in the action mode when are non-compliant situations;
  • Proposes and provides support for the implementation of improvement ideas;
  • Creates preventive maintenance tasks for the mechanical parts of the new machines and introduces them in SAP;
  • Modifies the working procedures or elaborates specific IT or OP;
  • Realizes and implements predictive maintenance activities;
  • Monitors the activities of predictive maintenance, on the mechanical side: vibrations, oil analysis.

 

Candidates for this position should meet the following criteria:

  • Mechanical University Degree;
  • Specific knowledge: mechanics, reliability, statistics, machine parts, technical drawing;
  • High level knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP;
  • Good computer skills – MS Office platform;
  • Very good level of English skills both reading and writing;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Flexibility, result orientation skills.
